Figure has never been removed from package. The package is in great shape and. Is vibrant, considering it's age.

There is a tiny cunch missing from the upper left hand corner. Also, the lower left is slightly creased. The display hole is unpunched. Nothing distracts from how nice this piece is. He is a great piece for any Mego and or Star Trek collector and I hate to have to part with "it".
