ALIENS Kenner 12 Prototype Test Shot Unpainted Large Toy Action Figure 1997. Figure will be sent as pictured and packaged very carefully. 100% Genuine Kenner Prototype Test Shot figure (Has Kenner and 1997 date stamp on feet). This test shot is completely unpainted and does not have any of the silver paint that a normal figure has. See pictures 2 and 4 which show a standard production figure, this standard production figure is not included, just so you can see the differences with the prototype on offer here.

As you can see, this prototype is completely unpainted. But also this test shot has the wrong hands on the wrong arms, right on left and left on right. "Errors" like this are common place for prototypes when they are working on items and testing plastics and engineering of the toy in the pre-production process. There is also some sort of glue / modellers clay in various places on the back / arm spikes details. Fantastic piece of Kenner history.

This item is part of a large collection of items from a Kenner / Hasbro factory clearance. There were a few quality control samples and various prototype items, this was one of them.
